1. No Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
All sales are final once the order has been placed.
We cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preferences.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

✅ If approved, we will offer:
A replacement (if stock is available) or
A refund to the original payment method.
Note: Minor variations in color or design due to screen differences are not considered defects.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was due to our mistake.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
4. Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is marked as "delivered" but not received, please contact your local carrier first before reaching out to us.
We cannot issue refunds for lost shipments unless insured shipping was purchased.
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as we process orders quickly.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
