The ink used has passed CE and FDA compliant tests as well as microbiological examinations. For particularly sensitive skin, we recommend first trying the enclosed test tattoo on a small area to rule out any potential reactions.

Our stickers typically last about 2 weeks, but the exact duration depends on your daily activities and skin type.

To keep your tattoo looking beautiful for as long as possible, please observe the following: Keep it dry for 6–8 hours after application. Do not rub or scrub directly. Regularly moisturize the skin with a mild lotion. Do not apply oil or alcohol to the tattoo.

Steps for applying the 2-week temporary tattoo stickers: 1. Cleanse your skin: Ensure the application area is clean and free of oils. Remove any hair to allow for better ink absorption. 2. Press the sticker down: Place the sticker on your skin and press firmly for about 30 seconds using a damp towel. 3. Wait for the tattoo to darken: A faint design will appear after pressing, which will darken over the next few hours.

Generally, yes – our tattoos can be combined with makeup, for example, on the arms, collarbone, or back. Many of our customers combine the tattoo with creative looks – perfect for festivals, photoshoots, or everyday wear. However, we strongly advise against applying the tattoos to the face. The tattoos are designed to last for several days (7–14 days) and cannot be easily removed like makeup. The skin on the face is more sensitive, and makeup often contains oils or alcohol – this can affect the tattoo's longevity or lead to skin irritation. Furthermore, the tattoo can be damaged or appear uneven when makeup is removed.

If you want to remove the tattoo prematurely, you can gently exfoliate the skin with an exfoliating product (e.g., warm salt water or body scrub). This process may need to be repeated several times to completely remove the tattoo. For particularly sensitive skin or areas of the body, we recommend using baby oil.

We review each case individually. 🤗 🧷 What exactly does "not satisfied" mean? 🤔 "Not satisfied" refers to problems such as: • The design differs significantly from the image shown in the shop. • The transfer film was severely damaged during application. • The tattoo is barely visible despite following the instructions. We strive for fair and transparent service. To prevent abuse, we review repeated complaints from the same customer. We refuse replacements if the reasons are not verifiable. If we observe unusual patterns, such as very frequent complaints, we reserve the right to pause or cancel future orders.

You can cancel your order at any time, as long as we haven't shipped the goods yet. We want you to be satisfied! Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, products that have already been used or damaged cannot be returned. Lorsch is a small, creative brand, and we value honesty and mutual trust. We reserve the right to review and potentially reject multiple complaints without a clear explanation, especially those requesting replacement products. Products that have been visibly worn cannot be returned or replaced.
